Le Côté Jardin
Open seven days a week, orders can be taken from 7:00 am to 10:30 am, 12:00 am to 2:00pm and from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Located right next to our CBE Concept Spa, this lush restaurant overlooks a beautiful panorama on lake Geneva and the Alps thanks to its magnificent terrace, open through spring and summer, drowned in daylight.
In Le Côté Jardin, you will enjoy a healthy, creative Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. You will be invited on a trip of flavours from Italy to Morocco, from Spain to Greece.
La Table d'Edgard
Open from Tuesdays to Saturdays, orders can be taken from 12:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. In 2000 La Table d'Edgard received one macaron from the prestigious Michelin guide. This restaurant offers you a wonderful panorama on Lake Geneva and the Alps and is composed of two different settings. In the gastronomic setting, you can taste the exquisite cuisine. In the more relaxed setting, you can enjoy appetizers.
La Brasserie du Grand Chêne
Open seven days a week, orders can be taken from 7:00 am to 11:30 pm on business days, from 8:00 am to 11:30 pm on Saturdays and from 10:00 am to 11:30 pm on Sundays. In an elegant Parisian-style Brasserie, you can enjoy typical brasserie dishes like Perch with French fries.

LP's Bar
Open from 09:00 am to 01:30 am. In its whole new atmosphere and furniture, the LP's Bar is the perfect urban escape to have a drink, thanks to its new decoration which is reminiscent of the Colonial Era.
Habana Bar
Open from 05:00 pm to 01:00 am our new Cigar Bar invites you on a Cuban journey in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Adjacent to the Habana Bar, we offer you the Game room, a non smoking area. Where you can also have a drink and play games like backgammon and chess, in a cosy atmosphere.
Krug room
Our recently designed Krug Room only the third of its kind in the world is arranged as a huge library and is completely customizable. It is connected to the terrace overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps. Among the many drinks offered you may wish to enjoy the famous Krug® Champagne.
LE RED CLUB
The Red Club is Lausanne's new meeting spot in Lausanne for night owls. Thanks to its large sofas and dance floor, it can welcome up to 200 guests at a time. Naturally, this special place wouldn't be one without a special environment. This was achieved through a unique design and decoration concept, which provides its guests with a hot, passionate and trendy atmosphere, all the more likely to keep an exciting party alive throughout the night. DJ Phil's eclectic mix of funk, house and new wave music is sure to hit the mark among our diverse and discerning clientele.
