Ulf Wein and his experienced culinary team of 41 are in process of adjusting the culinary style of the 5 different KULM-restaurants and work meticulously on new recipes as well as the menu composition.
Guests of the Arosa Kulm Hotel & Alpin Spa will indulge in authentic Italian cuisine including a wide variety of home-made pasta and Mediterranean dishes with plenty of fresh aromatic herbs. The Kulm- Restaurant 'Alpin Fine Dining' convinces with a refined French cuisine, focusing on particularly light dishes. The menu in the 'Taverne' and 'Muntanella' restaurants presents a delectable feast with international favourites as well as regional specialities. In the popular 'Ahaan-Thai' KULM-guests are treated with authentic Thai cuisine in an exotic ambiance.
Ulf Wein's years of experience will influence the culinary re-organisation of the KULM with a focus on light cuisine in general. His special training as a dietary chef compliments his culinary expertise and will also be an asset for the holistic approach of the Alpin Spa.
