Spoiling the discerning palates here is Roland Schmid, an undisputed master of the culinary art. Roland Schmid sets great store by authenticity, natural ingredients and masterful combinations. For his market-fresh, European-oriented cuisine and his "Menu Gastronomique", he always includes regional products wherever possible and exclusively uses SwissPrim meat from animals raised in their natural environment.
