Anne-Sophie Pic is the only female French chef to gain three stars, and her joining the Beau - Rivage Palace is the first time that this third generation of celebrated chefs has left her niche at the Drôme in Valence. In MIYAKO, guests can savour the finest sushi and sashimi freshly prepared by the Japanese chefs. Next door, L’ACCADEMIA, the Italian restaurant at the Hôtel Angleterre & Résidence (the sister hotel) invites guests to sample other delicacies. For a more informal atmosphere guests may enjoy the elegant brasserie CAFÉ BEAU-RIVAGE. During the summer months, "Le Montreux", the steamboat where cuisine is served directly from the ovens of the Beau-Rivage Palace is a delectable treat.
