Le Chat Botté, with its magnificent terrace in summer, is one of the finest gourmet restaurants in the city. The Chef and his team marry the classics with brilliance, simplicity, and respect, utilizing authentic products, colors and Mediterranean scents.
Wine lovers will be equally enamored. The wine cellar at Beau-Rivage is full of treasures accumulated over the years and is carefully guarded our sommeliers.

The Chef's Table
To be even closer to the haute-gastronomie, discover the Chef's Table, hosted by the Michelin-starred Chef Dominique Gauthier, who will share with you some of his cooking secrets while preparing a unique meal for you and your friends and family. Located in the heart of the kitchens, in the midst of the ovens, the Chef's Table offers you a unique experience where you will discover the facilities and the chef’s team at work. (Up to 8 guests)


The Shop
Chef Dominique Gauthier devised specifically for our guests a selection of fine "house" delicacies to meet every palate. Jams, chocolates, tapenade, and delicious macarons can be discovered.
The Bar
A charming scene that offers a wide selection of services for the different moments of the day. Whether on the terrace facing the lake or inside, it is the ideal place for a business lunch, an authentic French tea, an after-work drink to discover the delicious cocktails, or an intimate dinner, captivated by the delicate notes of the live piano. During winter, the bar features the famous Chocolate Bar, with exquisite cocoa pastries. The evening slowly begins with the soft sound of piano notes.


The Terrace
An oasis of well-being in the heart of the city.
Guests of the hotel, as well as passing visitors, desiring to enjoy a sublime meal, a creative cocktail or homemade ice cream and pastries in a refined comfortable setting, have at their disposal a magnificent space offering one of the most beautiful panoramic views of Geneva facing the lake.
