Exceptional produce from the region and around the world, glorified each season by our innovative star chef Thomas Neeser. The wine list gives pride of place to the finest wines of Lavaux, the table is exquisite, while discreet and attentive service ensures an unforgettable experience.

During the other days, a reduced seasonal menu is proposed to the guests.

BAR & SALONS
A multi-hued voyage into the Chinese-influence bar, the classic-contemporary lounge and the Oriental lounge decorated in the sumptuous colours of a thousand and one nights.

A space to take time out for yourself, to meet and to savour magical moments in an inspiring universe.

The lounges are open from morning to evening.
The bar is open every day from noon to midnight.

Live piano in the bar Tuesday to Saturday evenings.
