True to the philosophy of the hotel, the gastronomy of the Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa combines traditional and modern cuisine. All of them are managed and controlled by two gastronomes, Jeremy Peyer and Silvan Durrer.

The 60-seat Lobby Lounge and Bar is the heart and hub of the hotel, a meeting place with an international flair and ambience that offers much more than the standard hotel bar. This is where hotel guests from all over the world meet and mix with business clients from the Conference Center. And this is also where people who live in Bern can enjoy their morning coffee, a business lunch or an after-work cocktail in the evening.

Jack's Brasserie is the main restaurant at the Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa. In its typical fin-de-siècle ambience it offers classic Paris-style brasserie cuisine. Jack's is extremely popular and holds a firmly established place in the history and tradition of the Schweizerhof, not to mention in the cultural and political life of the city of Bern itself.

Sky Terrace: In an atmosphere reminiscent of the Orient enjoy refreshing cocktails creations, light summer dishes mezze-style with gentle lounge music in the background.

On the Bel Etage, the gastronomic concept finds expression in an extraordinarily varied à la carte offering for banquets, seminars and events: traditional dishes, modern creations, and world-class gourmet cuisine, presented in unusual buffet formats, in combinations for lunch or a drinks reception, or three- to five-course dinners.
