Le Côté Jardin
Le Côté Jardin serves seasonal yet creative Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Guests will experience flavours from Italy to Morocco, Spain to Greece. Open seven days a week, orders can be taken from 7:00am to 10:30am, 12:00am to 2:00pm and from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. Le Côté Jardin overlooks a unique panorama of Lake Léman and the Alps. Through Spring and Summer, guests can enjoy the lush terrace of the restaurant.

La Table d'Edgard
In 2000, La Table d'Edgard received one macaron from the prestigious Michelin guide. While dining at La Table, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Lake Léman and of the Alps. Open from Tuesdays to Fridays, orders can be taken from noon to 2:00pm and from 7:00pm to 10:00pm and Saturdays from 7:00pm until 10:00pm.

La Brasserie du Grand Chêne
In an elegant Parisian-style Brasserie, guests can enjoy typical brasserie dishes like mussels served with French fries. Open seven days a week, orders can be taken Mondays through Fridays from 7:00am to 1:00am and from 11:00am to 1:00am on Saturdays and Sundays.

Sushi Zen Palace
Irashsaïmasé... we are pleased to welcome you at le Palace Sushi-Zen. The philosophy is to reinvent traditional Japanese cuisine. The constant quest of an itamaesan is to modernise his way of cooking by intimately combining aesthetics and taste. The tsu (true connoisseur) will appreciate these audacious compositions and the creation of a new culinary atmosphere which implies a mixing of cultures and elaboration of a new kind of dish. ken kawakami! Le Palace Sushi Zen is open Tuesday through Thursday from noon until 2:00pm and from 7:00pm until 10:30pm, Fridays until 11pm and Saturdays from noon until 3:00pm and from 7:00pm until 11:00pm.

Wine Cellar
Separate room at normal temperature located in the main wine storage of the Lausanne Palace. Guests can privatize the space for wine tasting, select appetizers can be served during the event, where you can taste wine and finger food (upon reservation).

Our Bar 1915 is open throughout the day from 8:00am onwards, in the middle of our lobby.
Quality service and a warm welcome are the hallmarks of this space, reserved for your moments of relaxation.
Coffee and pastries are the stars of your gourmand snack breaks throughout the day.

LP's Bar
Open from 11:30am to 1:00am. In its whole new atmosphere and furniture, the LP's Bar is the perfect urban escape to have a drink, thanks to its new decoration which is reminiscent of the Colonial Era.
