Park Gstaad

Our chefs devise their dishes with a daring, sophisticated touch that combines Swiss tradition with world cuisine. From sushi to steak from Argentina, from club sandwiches to Rossini tournedos, the cuisine at Park Gstaad highlights an array of flavors with a thoroughly modern twist.

Avenue Montagne Restaurant & Lounge promises you a delicious interlude where you can enjoy the creative, cosmopolitan cuisine dreamt up by Fabrizio Crespi, our Italian chef. Always keen to follow the seasons, Fabrizio is heavily involved in selecting the local products, guided by the desire to give his guests a tasty treat. He invites us on a round-the-world tour of exotic flavors where truffle pizza in all its simplicity can be found alongside homemade French foie gras or Thai curry.

Chubut: food and fire. With its Argentinian atmosphere, this one-of-a-kind establishment is warmed by the light colors of a paneled wall and fireplace. Rodrigo, the chef, presides over the kitchen here, preparing dishes that are full of flavor. In a decor that offers hints of the Argentine – a series of black and white photos immortalizes gauchos, mate drinkers and tango dancers – the cuisine evokes the Argentinian pampas. Purebred meat, matured and flavored with fine herbs, rubs shoulders with typical empanadas, octopus and ceviche. You'll soon feel you're in a foreign land!

This welcoming, wooden chalet is nestled in the hotel gardens, where it offers delicious local specialties in a rustic, Swiss mountain atmosphere. With Viande des Grisons, fondues and a choice of raclettes on the menu, guests can enjoy an authentic culinary experience here.

Le Caveau boasts a few rare, juicy bottles carefully chosen by our sommelier. The decor is red from top to bottom, recalling the color of the wines it houses, and it is also home to a magnificent ham slicer and parmesan wheels as a reminder that Italy features prominently on the cellar’s menu. It is a unique setting that is made for get togethers and a spot of socializing.

With its rich selection of beers and wines - not to mention house cocktails devised by our head barman - the Park Gstaad Bar is a trendy venue that comes alive during our DJ evenings. As for the menu, sushi is available whenever you want, to be enjoyed in a friendly, party atmosphere.

With its cozy Chesterfield armchairs and fireplace, the Cigar Lounge is the perfect place to enjoy a sociable interlude soothed by the aroma of roasted coffee, cocoa, honey or spices from the cohibas, coronas and other robustos. Hookah aficionados can also choose from a unique blend of tobacco from our à la carte selection.

The Library is a cosy setting in which to enjoy a light afternoon tea or cocktails.

After you’ve made the most of the ice rink, come and relax by the fireplace or treat yourself to some great candy floss in the company of your children! The Ice Dome will surprise you and breathe new life into the whole family!

A log cabin, parasols and lawn all help make Park 29 a laidback venue where it’s pleasant to have lunch or dinner in summer. A diverse cuisine is served here, together with grilled food from the Argentinian restaurant Le Chubut. The authentic character and charm of this terrace restaurant near the outdoor swimming pool mean it's a really convivial venue.
