La Brezza At 1800 metres above sea level, you will experience the high art of modern, aromatic gourmet cuisine of a new kind. Chef Marco Campanella, just 28 years old, has been awarded already 17 GaultMillau points and one Michelin star for his creations in the Restaurant La Brezza in our sister property Eden Roc in Ascona, where he cooks over the summer season.
He has been crowned “Discovery of the Year in Ticino” by GaultMillau in 2019. In an elegant and timeless ambience, Marco Campanella and his team create a top-class culinary experience with newly interpreted traditional cuisine as well as vegetarian and also vegan dishes.

The Basement The culinary team, led by Eric Koenig, upholds the commitment to excellence of a five-star grand hotel with a refreshing selection of regional dishes. The Menu ranges from the best burgers in Arosa and steaks to fresh salads and the famous local cheesecake. In addition, the restaurant will turn into a lovely fondue place every Tuesday starting from 6 o'clock.
La Colina The name La Collina means hill or elevation in Romansh. And where better to enjoy superlative views? Savour our colourful range of dishes in a relaxed atmosphere, either on the sun terrace or the vibrant fresh decor of our Restaurant, both of which offer wonderful views of the Grisons mountains. Fresh, informal and with a touch of southern flair, La Collina is certain to fulfil your culinary expectations.
Tschuggen Bar After a day of sporting exertions, treat yourself to a well-earned refreshment in our bar. Relax as you savour a range of imaginative snacks and cool drinks. There is also live music or a DJ every evening, not to mention a great atmosphere.
