The philosophy of O’terroirs is based on a return to the roots of a rich regional culinary heritage that also does the honours to Swiss dishes and to those from across the border. The Chef, Eric Mazéas, aims to give pride of place to true craftsmen and women, who are passionate about flavour and taste, and who are the very heart of an authentic regional cuisine - from the “terroir”. The menu proposes a multifaceted cuisine blending the traditional with the new, allowing to discover new flavours or simply rediscover those forgotten. The wine list offers a selection of fine wines from local vineyards as well as excellent wines of international origin.

La Véranda Bar
By day the La Véranda Bar serves typical light bar dishes such as club sandwiches or beef tartar. In the evening the venue is transformed into an atmospheric piano bar with live music. But the lake and mountain views remain as stunning as ever!

Spacious terrace
The terrace is divided into two sections separated by large plant and floral arrangements. The lounge area towards the lake is furnished with comfortable sofas, cushions and anthracite-coloured armchairs, the perfect place for guests to relax or rendezvous with friends in an easy informal ambience. On the eastern side of the terrace, the Beau-Rivage has a restaurant area serving delicious dishes from the La Véranda-Bar.
