MiZUKi by Kakinuma Mizuki by Kakinuma, created in partnership with Kakinuma Restaurants in Geneva, serves contemporary Japanese Cuisine of the highest standards of quality and authenticity, showcasing a wide array of the delicate flavours of the Land of the Rising Sun.
Working closely with the Kakinuma family, the restaurant has created a carefully appointed menu, offering such delicacies as grilled Wagyu beef, crispy tempura, delicious shabu-shabu and sukiyaki hot pots as well as many other specialties. A new sushi counter serves fresh sushi and sashimi, prepared live by talented chefs.
