A particular highlight in The Restaurant is The Wine and Cheese Cellar: at five meters high it attracts cheese connoisseurs who marvel at its delights through the glass walls. In The Japanese Restaurant, awarded 1 star Michelin and 16 Gault Millau points, Executive Chef Dietmar Sawyere and his sushi masters tempt you with top-flight authentic Japanese dishes. The modern five- to ten-course Kaiseki menus, a specialty of the Japanese Restaurant, ensure an authentic experience. They correspond to a multiple-course Japanese dinner and are on the lines of Western haute cuisine, as they combine the taste, texture, form and colours of the foods at the highest level and in perfect harmony. And a meal would not be the same without a glass of sake to discover all the facets of the culinary world of Japan. The Japanese Restaurant has the most extensive sake selection in Switzerland.
