Our chefs devise their dishes with a daring, sophisticated touch that combines Swiss tradition with world cuisine. From sushi to steak from Argentina, from club sandwiches to Rossini tournedos, the cuisine at Park Gstaad highlights an array of flavors with a thoroughly modern twist.
AVENUE MONTAGNE & LOUNGE
The Park Gstaad takes its cuisine very seriously. Under the conceptual stewardship of André Jaeger, one of the most highly decorated Swiss chefs of all time and consistently awarded 19 Gault&Millau points over a period of twenty years, Executive Chef Fabrizio Crespi works with local produce whenever possible. At the Avenue Montagne Restaurant he blends the modern era with Park Gstaad’s more than one hundred years of tradition as a grand hotel.
Chubut Food & Fire is a unique ‘Food & Fire’ culinary concept inspired by the Chubut province in Patagonian Argentina. Known as the ‘land of fire and living wind,’ Chubut’s offerings are a masterful blend of taste and texture.
Nestled in the hotel’s garden, Chalet Waldhuus offers an authentic taste of rustic Swiss specialities. Chalet Waldhuus is housed in a wooden chalet serving fondues, raclettes and signature dishes with an innovative twist, such as Truffle Fondue and Air-dried meat and cheese rolls from the Saanenland. CAVEAU
Caveau is known as a ‘wine paradise’ within the hotel. It offers fine wines and aperitifs paired with cured meats and aged cheeses. BAR
In the Bar, cocktails and sushi are prepared as a DJ plays late into the night. CIGAR LOUNGE
The Cigar Lounge is a high-tech smoking room in which first-class Cuban cigars, shisha pipes and cognacs can be sampled.
The Library is a cosy setting in which to enjoy a light afternoon tea or cocktails.
