Rooted in the spirit of sharing, the restaurant offers a contemporary bistronomic experience that is both sincere and sophisticated, inviting guests to slow down, connect, and savour every moment around the table.

This philosophy finds its fullest expression in Le Rendez-Vous des Amis, a signature dining experience hosted at 1650 by LeMontBlanc. On the first Tuesday of every month, just eighteen guests gather around a single communal table to enjoy a seasonal menu crafted by Chef Yannick Crepaux. Each evening also welcomes a local producer, who shares the story behind their craft, offering guests a rare opportunity to discover the people, traditions, and passion that shape the flavours of Valais.
