In our fine dining restaurant "Locanda Barbarossa", 18 points GaultMillau and 1 Michelin star and the green Michelin star for sustanability, you will be tempted by Mattias Roock, our head chef, and Sergio Bassi, our maître d'. The incredible 140 hectares of our estate and our winery with agricultural specialities Terreni alla Maggia allow us to live the unique concept of "Sapori del Nostro Orto" (taste of our garden) every day and bring it into our kitchen. The gourmet will therefore embark on a culinary adventure tour through the world of products and flavours from the gardens of the Castello del Sole and the fields of our farm Terreni alla Maggia - a journey that will remain unforgettable.

Tre Stagioni
Daniele Sardella conjures up magical moments of culinary happiness for you at Ristorante Tre Stagioni. In the evening, the maestro presents you with a superbly prepared and lovingly served à la carte menu for hotel guests. The morning gets off to an enjoyable and rested start in the elegant restaurant or on the sunny terrace with a sumptuous and diverse breakfast buffet.

Al Parco
The taste of summer! For fun outdoor lunches, Ristorante Al Parco is simply the place to be with its antipasti and salad buffet, its meat and fish grills, its choice of pizzas and pastas and the always tempting dessert buffet.

Bar Bassa Selim / Cortile Barbarossa
In the refined Bassa Selim Bar or the inner courtyard of Cortile Barbarossa, make a toast to the holidays and to life with a cocktail or after-dinner drink from our chef de bar, Maurizio Zullo – to the accompaniment of soft piano music.

La Spiaggia
"Spiaggia" is Italian for beach and sounds seductively like sun, sea and sand. And its fare tastes every bit as delectable as that! This modern and uncomplicated restaurant is on the private beach of our property and pampers you with casual finger foods and other handy dishes. Enjoy salads, tartes flambée, fruit and other delicacies.
