From Deal of the Day to Dish of the Day
Walk into Stamm and you immediately sense a new energy. The bold architecture of QoQa’s Bussigny headquarters was never designed for quiet lunches, and with Mathieu Bruno now at the stoves, it no longer serves them.

“With Mathieu Bruno, Stamm is no longer simply a restaurant at a headquarters – it becomes a destination.”
Bruno arrives with serious credentials: 16 GaultMillau points earned at Là-Haut in Chardonne between 2018 and 2024, followed by 13 at Beef’ Ør. But what he brings to Stamm isn’t flashiness, it’s character. His vision is a French brasserie with muscle: braised beef cheek with Lardo di Colonnata, grilled monkfish cooked with confidence, a cordon bleu made from beef onglet with Vacherin Fribourgeois that has no interest in being delicate. Dishes that fill the table and start conversations.
This is, after all, a place built on exactly that. QoQa – the platform that connects over a million Swiss users around the shared belief that the best things in life are experienced, not just purchased – has always had a flair for turning a space into something more, something alive and brimming with energy. Stamm has already hosted Jérémy Desbraux, Guy Ravet, and the Chedi Twins, and now it has a permanent voice. Chef battles, four-hands dinners, and surprise collaborations will continue to keep the energy alive – because at QoQa, staying still has never been an option.
