For Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, sushi and sashimi enhanced with a touch of fresh fruit or citrus fruit would make an enjoyable pairing. ´

It is full-bodied, well-balanced and refreshing after just 18 months of initial maturation and at least another three months more after disgorgement in the Moët & Chandon’s cellars. ´
